Please note: If the alarm clock is not functioning properly upon arrival, it may be due to the internal battery becoming loose during shipping. To resolve this, please follow these steps: 1. Use your fingers to pull out the four iron pieces around the battery compartment (two pieces in each cell). 2. The bottom of the battery compartment also has an iron piece that needs to be slightly tilted upwards using a tool. 3. Finally, replace the batteries.
